X/Twitter Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow UGLYCASH's X community
• Create, curate and produce community content including live streams, online resources, and social posts
• Scale community support and moderation infrastructure using CRM and support ticketing systems
• Coordinate and run in-person community events and meetups
• Collect and synthesize community feedback to influence product development
• Serve as a public ambassador and figurehead for UGLYCASH

Requirements

• Located in the United States and willing to relocate to San Francisco
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technology and crypto
• Experience leading and growing a community
• Experience scaling and operationalizing customer success systems
• Operational experience in a crypto startup or project
• Experience managing and growing a team
• Very active on social media with an existing following
• Deep connectivity and understanding of the crypto ecosystem
• Exceptional detail-oriented operational, project management, and organizational skills
