XML Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Design XML data models and support associated technologies
• Apply data modeling principles, methods, and approaches to create necessary artefacts
• Model very large information and process models
• Run governance processes for data modeling
• Debate technical issues and maintain principles within a commercial context

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with XML data model design
• Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and methods
• Knowledge of three or more financial market products from a data modeling perspective
• Familiarity with financial messaging standards such as FpML, Fix, ISO15022/2022, or MDDL
• Experience with UML modelling
• Experience working in Incremental & Iterative environments
• Degree level or equivalent education
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
