Xfinity Sales Professional (XSP)

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell XFINITY Residential products through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, pricing, and current campaigns
• Build rapport with customers to evaluate their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Communicate the unique advantages of Comcast products compared to competitors
• Meet sales targets and drive growth through individual direct sales and relationship building
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of professional integrity and resilience
