Xfinity Sales Professional (XSP)

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell XFINITY Residential products through direct sales and door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, pricing, and current campaigns
• Build rapport with customers to evaluate their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Communicate the unique advantages of Comcast products compared to competitors
• Meet physical requirements of the role, including walking and traveling door-to-door for considerable distances in various weather conditions
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a variable schedule
