Xfinity Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home services
• Conduct residential canvassing by knocking on doors within assigned territories to engage individual customers
• Build and maintain relationships with property management to drive sales in multiple dwelling units
• Develop rapport with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
• Execute turf management plans and independently organize daily sales activities to meet and exceed goals
• Maintain expert knowledge of Comcast products, pricing, and competitive market advantages

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in various weather conditions
• Technical capability with computers, billing systems, and databases
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule including overtime as necessary
