About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD.
- Guide customers through device setup, connectivity options, and wearable device pairing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage technical escalations.
- Educate customers on mobile features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience.
- Assist with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and equipment returns.
- Fulfill on-demand deliveries and pickups while identifying upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting for mobile devices and services.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
