Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Support retail operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and store resets
  • Facilitate equipment returns, device swaps, and warranty claims in compliance with company policy
  • Fulfill on-demand deliveries and pickups while identifying upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in learning new digital tools and technology
