About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality customer experience through mobile device activation and setup
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Support retail operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and store resets
- Facilitate equipment returns, device swaps, and warranty claims in compliance with company policy
- Fulfill on-demand deliveries and pickups while identifying upselling opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in learning new digital tools and technology
