Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearables
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage mobile escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims
  • Support retail operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and store resets
  • Facilitate quick transactions such as device swaps and equipment returns

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
  • Proficiency in workplace organization and teamwork
