About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearable devices
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage technical escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and maintaining visual standards
- Facilitate quick transactions such as device swaps and equipment returns
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
