About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations and customer education
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and handle mobile escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Perform in-depth diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain store visual standards, including clean counters, walkways, and organized inventory
- Support operational tasks such as store resets, merchandising, and equipment returns
- Fulfill on-demand deliveries and pickups while identifying opportunities to upsell accessories
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with mobile device troubleshooting
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment
