Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations and customer education
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and handle mobile escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain store visual standards, including clean counters, walkways, and organized inventory
  • Support operational tasks such as store resets, merchandising, and equipment returns
  • Fulfill on-demand deliveries and pickups while identifying opportunities to upsell accessories

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with mobile device troubleshooting
