About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearable devices
- Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics for complex device or service issues
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Manage mobile escalations, account security, and warranty claims or replacements
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and equipment returns
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment to ensure optimal customer experience
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
- Proficiency in workplace organization and teamwork
