About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics for complex device or service issues
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Manage mobile escalations, account security, and warranty claims or replacements
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and equipment returns
  • Maintain a clean and professional store environment to ensure optimal customer experience

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
  • Proficiency in workplace organization and teamwork
