About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD.
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and handle escalations.
- Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and maintaining visual standards.
- Facilitate quick transactions such as equipment returns and device swaps.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail.
- Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical support.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile technology and device setup.
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm for new technology and digital tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
