About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD.
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and handle escalations.
  • Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration.
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Facilitate quick transactions such as equipment returns and device swaps.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail.
  • Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile technology and device setup.
  • Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm for new technology and digital tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
