Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD.
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and handle escalations.
  • Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration.
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Facilitate express transactions such as device swaps and equipment returns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical diagnostics.
  • Strong customer education and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining workplace organization and professional integrity.
