Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and connectivity options
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and equipment returns
  • Fulfill on-demand mobile deliveries and pickups accurately

Requirements
