About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality customer experience during mobile device activations and setup
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and connectivity options
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Perform in-depth diagnostics to identify and resolve technical problems
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and equipment returns
- Fulfill on-demand mobile deliveries and pickups accurately
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting
- Strong customer education and communication skills
- Proficiency in technical problem-solving and device configuration
