About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearable devices
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and manage technical escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims in compliance with company policy
  • Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, product placement, and inventory organization
  • Support operational tasks such as fulfilling on-demand deliveries and processing equipment returns

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail
  • Strong mobile device troubleshooting skills
  • Proven expertise in customer service and communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
