About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearable devices
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and manage technical escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims in compliance with company policy
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, product placement, and inventory organization
- Support operational tasks such as fulfilling on-demand deliveries and processing equipment returns
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail
- Strong mobile device troubleshooting skills
- Proven expertise in customer service and communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
