About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the store team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience
- Greet customers and ensure they are connected to sales consultants in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional sales floor, including counters and walkways
- Manage back-of-house inventory, including receiving, stocking, and conducting weekly cycle counts
- Demonstrate company technology and products to new customers
- Follow established procedures and suggest improvements to enhance the store experience
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

- Ability to stand and move constantly throughout the store
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
