About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the store team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience through technical support and retail service tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory, clean store environments, and organized back-of-house spaces.
- Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns, swaps, and "buy-online-pick-up" order fulfillment.
- Act as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support, assisting with device data transfers, phone number ports, and account setups.
- Assist leadership with merchandising, receiving inventory, and conducting weekly cycle counts.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, accessible, and that all devices and accessories are functioning correctly.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand and move constantly throughout the shift.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
