Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on Xfinity products and services to provide a world-class sales and service experience.
• Demonstrate product capabilities through live demonstrations to educate customers and maximize their experience.
• Take a customer-first approach by listening to needs and providing appropriate tailored solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals, customer experience objectives, and onboarding targets.
• Perform necessary operational and administrative tasks to support retail excellence.
• Partner with customer care teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with all company retail operational policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-pound boxes.
• Ability to stand and move about the store constantly.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
