Xfinity Field Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home through residential canvassing.
• Execute turf management plans and independently organize daily sales activities to meet and exceed market goals.
• Develop rapport with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Comcast offerings and competitive market pricing to effectively frame product benefits.
• Utilize lead generation methods and effective closing techniques to ensure product installation goals are achieved.
• Manage time and organizational tasks efficiently while working independently in the field.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience.
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
• Technical capability with computers, billing systems, and databases.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule including overtime as necessary.
