Xfinity Field Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
• Conduct residential canvassing by knocking on doors within assigned territories to engage individual customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property management to drive sales in multiple dwelling units.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide expert recommendations on product features, pricing, and competitive advantages.
• Execute turf management plans and manage daily sales activities independently to meet or exceed local market goals.
• Utilize technical tools, including computers and databases, to manage billing and customer information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience.
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
• Technical capability with computers, billing systems, and databases.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
