Xfinity Field Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home through residential canvassing.
• Execute territory management plans by knocking on doors within assigned areas to identify customer needs.
• Develop rapport with customers and provide expert recommendations based on their specific requirements.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals and product installation targets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of competitive products, pricing, and industry trends to effectively frame Comcast's advantages.
• Utilize digital tools, billing systems, and databases to manage sales activities and customer information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience.
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
• Technical capability with computers, databases, and mobile sales tools.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary to meet business needs.
