Xfinity Field Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home through residential canvassing.
• Execute turf management plans by knocking on doors within assigned territories to identify customer needs.
• Develop rapport with customers and provide expert recommendations based on their specific requirements.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals and installation targets through effective lead generation and closing techniques.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of competitive products, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate Comcast's advantages.
• Manage daily sales activities independently with strong time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience.
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in various weather conditions.
• Technical capability with computers, billing systems, and databases.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
