Xfinity Field Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Comcast products including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home through residential canvassing.
• Manage assigned territories by knocking on doors and executing turf management plans independently.
• Develop rapport with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Meet and exceed established sales goals and installation targets through effective lead generation and closing techniques.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Comcast offerings and competitive market pricing to effectively frame product benefits.
• Utilize computers, billing systems, and databases to manage sales activities and customer information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales or residential canvassing experience.
• Ability to walk and travel door-to-door for considerable distances in various weather conditions.
• Technical capability with computers and database management.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
