XD Config Developer

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, upgrade, and troubleshoot technical issues related to internet banking solutions in on-premises and hosted environments
• Work with third-party vendors to define technical requirements and implement interfaces for external systems
• Manage the delivery of code change requests, including promotion across environments and validation
• Drive production incidents to resolution by analyzing issues and coordinating with required parties
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to deliver integrated financial services
• Maintain technical project documentation and client worksheets
• Manage technical resource workloads based on established project timelines

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in client implementations or services
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in IIS, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated leadership and planning skills
• Experience working with proprietary credit union or bank host systems
