XD Config Developer

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, upgrade, and troubleshoot technical issues related to internet banking solutions in on-premises and hosted environments
• Work with third-party vendors to define technical requirements and implement interfaces for external systems
• Manage the delivery of code change requests, including promotion across environments and validation
• Drive production incidents to resolution by analyzing issues and coordinating with required parties
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, and Product Development to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain technical project documentation and client worksheets
• Manage technical resource workloads and communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in client implementations and services
• Proficiency in IIS, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
