Wyse/Windows Administrator Senior

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines and management consoles including Teradici, Wyse Management Suite (WMS), and 10Zig.
• Provide multi-disciplinary support for mission system services, including life cycle management, engineering, and integration.
• Verify system performance following hardware and software installations.
• Manage product/service issue resolution, upgrades, and the administration of print services.
• Diagnose technical problems, escalate unresolved issues, and suggest alternative courses of action.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, system specifications, and installation records.
• Perform shift work as required to ensure 24/7 coverage and support for mission-critical IT services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience (may vary based on technical training, certifications, or degree).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Knowledge of DISA STIG requirements for Windows-based workstations.
• Ability to obtain ITIL 4 Foundation certification within 9 months of hire.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations with after-hours support.
