WSE Business Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual financial closings, including provisions and OPEX variance analysis.
• Drive the forecasting and budgeting process (OPEX, CAPEX, and projects) for the Winter Sport Equipment division.
• Maintain and update analytical structures, including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and project codes within SAP.
• Monitor sport marketing and marketing expenditures, ensuring budget alignment and providing alerts on deviations.
• Support project management and investment tracking (CAPEX), including business case monitoring and SOX compliance.
• Assist with Research Tax Credit (CIR) data validation and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management controlling.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Expertise in P&L analysis, forecasting, and financial closing processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with operational managers.
