Wrap Manager & Head of Sports

Responsibilities

• Join the Senior Leadership Team to manage and develop high-quality wraparound and holiday provision
• Shape and manage a dynamic programme of enrichment activities tailored to pupil and family needs
• Oversee staff, enrichment activities, and day-to-day operations for out-of-school programming
• Drive excellence in the teaching of PE and sport to foster physical literacy, teamwork, and resilience
• Strategically enhance the school's sport and wellbeing offer to ensure an inclusive and inspiring experience
• Support the school’s vision by contributing to the social, emotional, and physical development of all pupils

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
• Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Expertise in classroom and behavior management
• Commitment to high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
