About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate clients for the botim WPS Salary Card through proactive outreach and prospecting
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing through to onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for new corporate sign-ups and employee card issuance
- Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline to sustain consistent deal flow
- Coordinate corporate onboarding across KYB, Compliance, and Legal departments
- Partner with corporate HR departments to drive employee enrollment and card activation
- Cross-sell additional botim financial products such as salary loans, acquiring, and SME lending
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, coordinating with Operations and Tech for issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of high-volume B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Direct experience selling to HR and Finance departments
- Solid understanding of the UAE WPS ecosystem and employer payroll processes
- Strong closing skills and a hunter mentality suitable for fast-paced sales cycles
