About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% preparation and installation of workstations according to the production plan
- Identify, design, and implement Minimal Material Handling (MMH) and Low Cost Automation (LCA) solutions
- Maintain updated data and documentation in PFEP, Kaizen Journals, timelines, checklists, and issue lists
- Coordinate with IE, Safety/Ergo, Material Flow, Packaging, and Production teams to validate stations
- Supervise CAD designs to ensure they accurately reflect plant conditions
- Resolve open issues quickly and effectively with clear closure plans
- Lead compliance with ergonomics, safety regulations, and station layout best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in internal logistics, preferably in new model launches
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of WPI methodologies
- Experience in warehouse design, material flow studies, and space optimization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel and Access), and ODCICS2
- Knowledge of ergonomics and manufacturing applications
- Ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments
