Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities across Orange County
• Perform debridement and apply advanced dressings and biological skin substitutes
• Travel between multiple patient locations daily
• Collaborate within a physician-led team model to manage patient outcomes

Requirements

• MSN or DNP from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted NP license in California
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfort with extensive daily driving

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care experience preferred but not required

Benefits

• Starting base pay of $120,000–$145,000 annually; potential to earn up to $171,000+ with bonuses
• Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay, and quarterly bonus program
• 36 hours of company-provided CME plus conferences, workshops, and online courses
