Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, including debridement and advanced dressings
• Manage patient outcomes using clinical expertise within a collaborative, physician-led team model
• Travel between multiple patient locations daily using a reliable personal vehicle

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfort with extensive daily driving
