Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities
• Perform debridement and apply advanced dressings using the latest wound healing advancements
• Collaborate within a physician-led team model to manage patient outcomes
• Travel between multiple facility locations daily in the Stockton area

Requirements

• MSN or DNP from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfort with extensive daily driving

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided

• Starting base salary of $120,000–$145,000 annually, with potential to earn $171,000+ including bonuses
