Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities, including debridement and advanced dressings
• Utilize the latest advancements in wound healing within a collaborative, physician-led team model
• Travel between multiple patient locations daily as a mobile, facility-based clinician

Requirements

• MSN or DNP from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of practice
• National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and comfort with extensive daily driving

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided

• Starting base pay of $120,000–$145,000 annually; earn up to $171,000+ with bonuses
