About the role

Responsibilities

Direct the worship team for services and events as scheduled by the Central Worship Pastor
Lead and manage the campus worship team
Oversee Highlands Worship development including auditions, orientations, and weekly development sessions
Oversee the scheduling of campus worship teams
Plan and implement Highlands Worship projects and department goals at the campus
Assist the Campus Pastor with team meetings, Growth Track, and campus events
Build and lead a team to assist with campus worship development and service execution
Provide pastoral care, discipleship, and leadership development for the Highlands Worship Dream Team

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of worship leading and hands-on ministry experience in a local church
Effective pastoral and administrative leadership experience
Proficiency in voice, piano, or guitar
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Ableton software
Ability to learn and use ROCK software, Highlands Financials, and Planning Center Online
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
Ability to create, coordinate, and lead a worship experience with a team
