About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as worship leader and instrumentalist for the Highlands campus
- Assist with the management and scheduling of the Highlands Campus Worship team
- Help build and lead a team that facilitates campus worship development and service execution
- Coordinate Highlands Worship development and implement department goals at the campus
- Assist with team meetings, Growth Track, and other campus events or conferences
- Recruit and onboard potential Dream Team members into the Worship Team
- Provide care and support for the Highlands Worship Dream Team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of worship leading and hands-on ministry experience in a local church
- Proficiency in voice, piano, or guitar
- Basic understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems and equipment
- Proficiency in Ableton software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Ability to learn and use Planning Center Online, ProPresenter, and various production platforms
