Worldwide Workstation Business Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, negotiation, and communication of business plans to maximize growth and market share for the Worldwide Workstation division.
• Formulate business recommendations from complex data analysis and construct innovative statistical and financial models.
• Establish key performance metrics and recommend strategies to address performance gaps.
• Lead complex market research projects to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive priority projects to completion.
• Counsel business leaders on executing high-level strategies and developing creative solutions.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, or market research.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong skills in data visualization and communicating complex insights to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Proficiency with business intelligence software including Power BI and Tableau.
