About the Company

Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. The firm pursues high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the case management team to work up settlement-eligible clients
• Evaluate decision points by reviewing notes, medical records, and related documentation
• Manage client interactions during the settlement offer process
• Coordinate with Case Managers, legal assistants, and other team members
• Serve as an on-call attorney as part of a regular elevation rotation
• Interact with clients, outside counsel, experts, and vendors to support case resolution
• Contribute to refining the firm’s settlement processes

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Three to five years of experience in a high volume PI or Plaintiff’s firm
• Active member of a US State Bar in good standing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to handle unconventional, heterogeneous legal work involving intensive client interaction
• Ability to maintain empathy and discretion when dealing with clients in stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/case management software
• Experience reviewing medical records and familiarity with medical terminology, particularly regarding cancers and related conditions
