Workstream Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement the strategy for the designated workstream
• Deploy and track activities to meet workstream targets
• Manage stakeholders across the organization to align on goals and deliverables
• Update schedules for low-criticality projects or portions of higher-criticality projects
• Collect time-related progress information and prepare standard progress reports
• Drive data accuracy to influence strategy and targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, finance, or business management
• Experience in performance management, process improvement, governance, or workload planning
• Understanding of governance models and balanced scorecards in a technical environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience in multicultural and international environments
• Knowledge of visual management, data automation, and data manipulation
• Familiarity with scheduling tools
