About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create platform concepts, definitions, and plans to contribute to portfolio strategies in partnership with planning technologists and product planners.
  • Analyze workstation customer workflows and strategic technology trends to propose high-performance, competitively advantaged solutions.
  • Develop technology planning roadmaps, detailed performance projections, and solution components to optimize market advantages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer insights into technical requirements and defend portfolio objectives during product development.
  • Drive module-level and platform strategies to increase differentiation while optimizing cost, complexity, and investment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of engineering experience with a focus on electrical engineering design.
  • Deep expertise in PCBA Design, Power design, HSIO, and Memory design.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience with compute architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with product strategy and product planning.
  • Deep understanding of compute workflows.
  • Ability to work across US and global time zones to coordinate business investigations and planning.
