Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve Windows workstations via Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Define, deploy, and maintain configuration, security, and compliance policies
• Handle complex level 2 and 3 incidents and requests related to the workstation environment
• Perform in-depth diagnostics and ensure incident resolution
• Administer and supervise the print fleet, including printers, copiers, print servers, and Universal Print
• Manage access rights, print queues, performance, and service availability
• Coordinate print providers and ensure operational maintenance
• Contribute to proactive supervision and continuous improvement of support
• Document procedures and capitalize on resolutions in the knowledge base

Requirements

• Confirmed experience as a Workstation Engineer
• Mastery of Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of Modern Workplace principles
• Solid experience in N2/N3 support and complex incident resolution
• Proficiency in print services (Universal Print, print servers, access management)
• Autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset
