Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune (MDM / MAM) environments
- Manage Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and macOS equipment
- Deploy and maintain Autopilot solutions
- Manage compliance, configuration, and security policies
- Participate in application deployment and packaging (Win32, MSI, MSIX)
- Administer Azure AD / Entra ID and associated access
- Provide advanced N2/N3 support and complex incident troubleshooting
- Participate in migration and modernization projects
- Write technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in workplace environments
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune / Modern Workplace
- Experience in multi-client or managed services environments
- Ability to work autonomously on complex architectures and technical projects
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting expertise
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and security culture
