Workspaces Sales Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize local sales strategies independently
• Identify potential customers for Office, Meeting, and Event segments and build/maintain segment databases
• Act as a brand ambassador for Ruby Workspaces at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
• Plan and manage sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, including pre-opening mailings and follow-ups
• Take professional responsibility for the sales team, delegating tasks and fostering employee development
• Support the preparation and execution of community events
• Research, contact, and negotiate partnerships and manage corporate client relationships
• Responsible for regular reporting, including monthly reports and the development of standardized reporting tools

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales/business development
• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
• Proven international experience
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff (including remote teams)
• Experience in active acquisition and personal sales with a focus on long-term relationship building
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and rhetorical skills
