About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize local sales strategies independently
- Identify potential customers for Office, Meeting, and Event segments and build segment-specific databases
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ruby Workspaces at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
- Plan and manage sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, including pre-opening mailings and follow-ups
- Take professional responsibility for the sales team, delegating tasks effectively and fostering employee development
- Support the preparation and execution of community events
- Research, contact, and negotiate partnerships while managing existing corporate accounts
- Manage regular reporting, including monthly reports, and assist in building standardized reporting tools
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales or business development
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams (including remote leadership)
- International professional experience
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in active acquisition and building long-term customer relationships
