About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and optimize local sales strategies independently
  • Identify potential customers for Office, Meeting, and Event segments and build segment-specific databases
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Ruby Workspaces at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
  • Plan and manage sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, including pre-opening mailings and follow-ups
  • Take professional responsibility for the sales team, delegating tasks effectively and fostering employee development
  • Support the preparation and execution of community events
  • Research, contact, and negotiate partnerships while managing existing corporate accounts
  • Manage regular reporting, including monthly reports, and assist in building standardized reporting tools

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales or business development
  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams (including remote leadership)
  • International professional experience
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in active acquisition and building long-term customer relationships
