Workspace Technology Support

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and standby assistance for conferences and events, including non-office hours.
• Maintain and support all office IT and AV facilities to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Act as the single point of contact for issue management and resolution to ensure onsite and online events run smoothly.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and interact with vendors and internal teams regarding AV requirements.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in technical support.
• Strong knowledge of IT and AV technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Windows laptops, networking, NAS, and touch screen technology.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience providing support for iOS and Android devices.
