Workspace Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end employee journey including onboarding, daily experience, and offboarding
• Continuously improve common spaces such as collaboration zones, meeting rooms, and lounges
• Manage vendor relationships for cafeteria, housekeeping, security, and courier services
• Oversee cafeteria operations, menu planning, and hospitality standards
• Operate the in-house travel desk, including flight, hotel, and visa coordination
• Manage office stationery, equipment inventory, and procurement processes
• Own the monthly G&A budget, track actuals vs plan, and manage P&L reconciliation
• Lead and coach one direct report to ensure reliable execution

Requirements

• 8-10 years in office management, facilities, or workplace experience roles
• Experience managing environments with 150+ employees
• Proven expertise in vendor management, contracting, and SLAs
• Experience with food/cafeteria or hospitality operations
• Proficiency in travel desk coordination and business travel logistics
• Experience with budget ownership, P&L tracking, and invoicing
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Excel/Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
