Worksite Benefits Consultant I

Responsibilities

• Articulate the HM story and value proposition
• Teach and strengthen understanding of the HM repeatable sales process
• Facilitate and deliver workshops and seminars in school buildings
• Assess agent success against company standards and develop corrective action plans
• Coordinate with recruiting function on agent pipeline
• Actively engage in recruiting and onboarding new agents
• Open new school buildings in partnership with local agents
• Hire and train new agents in sales and client acquisition
• Travel 50-70% of the time

Requirements

• Life & Health License Required
• Business degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in successful field or agency experience
