About the role
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts, assemblies, and systems following defined work instructions and technical data
- Perform leak tests and assist in troubleshooting failures
- Meet daily production targets regarding quality, volume, and efficiency
- Use correct PPE and obey all required BAM processes and procedures
- Maintain working area in accordance with 6S standards and good housekeeping practices
- Review HS2 documentation daily and complete all required paperwork accurately
- Calibrate tooling prior to use and follow the Kanban system
- Report problems to management and participate in SIM2 meetings
Requirements
- High School education, preferably in a mechanical or technical field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and published specifications
- PC literacy; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts and maintain time flexibility
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
