Workshop Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, assemblies, and systems following defined work instructions and technical data
• Perform leak tests and assist in troubleshooting failures
• Meet daily production targets regarding quality, volume, and efficiency
• Use correct PPE and obey all required BAM processes and procedures
• Maintain working area in accordance with 6S standards and good housekeeping practices
• Review HS2 documentation daily and complete all required paperwork accurately
• Calibrate tooling prior to use and follow the Kanban system
• Report problems to management and participate in SIM2 meetings

Requirements

• High School education, preferably in a mechanical or technical field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and published specifications
• PC literacy; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts and maintain time flexibility
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
