Workshop Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries according to incoming orders and manage expeditions to ensure contractual commitments are met
• Manage and qualify return flows, including defaults, transport returns, and incorrect choices
• Conduct regular inventories and maintain accurate stock levels
• Provide internal customers with visibility and data regarding the process from order to invoice
• Support on-site customer needs and provide necessary information regarding equipment and stock

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in logistics
• Proficiency with SAP for managing equipment flow
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage inventory and delivery preparation in a workshop environment
