Responsibilities
- Integrate hardware into parking terminals and equipment
- Prepare, configure, and test equipment before shipment
- Perform first-level troubleshooting on-site for terminals, barriers, and parking equipment
- Write intervention reports and ensure activity traceability
- Manage preparation slips and technical reporting
- Perform occasional connection, parameter setting, and interfacing between internal and supplier equipment
Requirements
- Technical training: Bac pro, BTS or equivalent in electronics, electrotechnics, or industrial computing
- Professional experience in a technical or after-sales service (SAV) environment
- Knowledge of electrotechnics and/or electronics
- Basic IT skills including configuration, simple networks, and embedded systems
- Ability to diagnose hardware failures and read technical plans and diagrams
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) for occasional travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical support or workshop environment
